Location: Glasgow or Newcastle (if you will be based in Newcastle, there will be a requirement to travel to the Glasgow office occasionally)
Office Attendance - Our roles are hybrid; you should be able to work in our offices 2 days per week.

The Role

  • Develop medium- or long-term work schedules that enable the organization to achieve its business goals. Involves coordinating across multiple teams.
  • Help others get the most out of data management systems by providing support and advice.
  • Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching.
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.
  • Prepare weekly team or department workforce plans to identify the number of staff required to meet the demand forecast.
  • Contribute to reviewing existing operations in own area of work and generate new ideas to assist in identifying continuous improvements

We need you to have

  • Sound experience and understanding of straightforward scheduling procedures and/or WFM systems
